As a full-service Seller’s Agent, I would coordinate all aspects of selling your home from the listing, to the contract negotiations, to the closing. I will schedule all showings and the appraisal, monitor the loan process and communicate with the lender. I will set up with the title company to arrange delivery of the title insurance and the preparation of the closing documents as well as scheduling the closing time and place. Couldn't do it without her

Rose has the connections and resources I needed to sell my house. She helped me clear out 27 years' worth of accumulation, get a new septic tank, and got my house on the market and sold quickly.
