Rosa educated us at the outset of our time together regarding what to expect going forward, and then proceeded to walk us through each step along the way to a very successful conclusion. She demonstrated her extensive knowledge and experience with her frequent updates and advisories. She is very thorough, often going above and beyond what we would have expected. We moved across the USA early in our time working with Rosa, and she was a huge and very willing resource to accomplish a very large number of on-site visits to our property in our absence. In conclusion, we could not rate or recommend Rosa's work as our Seller's Agent more highly.
