With that said, I still closed in ~30 days. He was super responsive and was constantly on top of the lenders, escrow agent, and seller to move things further while also without being pushy. It was a true joy to work with Ronnie and I highly recommend him! (Ronnie, on his own volition, even washed my porch before I moved in!)
