Ron assisted me in buying my last two homes, and listed & sold my previous home.

Ron is very professional and straightforward. He is at ease advising buyers and sellers what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear. Excellent followup, changing directions if necessary and tenacious when receiving mixed signals from the other side of the transaction. The most recent transaction, a home sale, experienced multiple delays caused by either the buyer or lender -- or both. Ron was able to break through the rhetoric, talk to the appropriate principals to learn precisely what was occurring behind the scenes, and then advising me, thus lowering my frustration level.
