We were new to the Loveland area and Roger was very helpful as we worked through the details of making a home purchase in that part of the US. We especially were impressed with his attention to detail and his responsiveness to our calls, texts, etc. He was also knowledgable of the local market, and was a great asset in helping out with the closing details and negotiation of what party was responsible for various closing costs. If the need arrises for us to sell or purchase a house again in the Ft Collins/Loveland area, we will not hesitate to contact Roger.
