We just purchased our new home with the expert assistance of our Neuhaus agent, Roger Kelly. Before closing on our home, we were on a very tight timeline with our apartment lease coming to an end. Roger maintained a very keen awareness of every detail of our home's progress, promptly kept us in the loop, and translated technicalities into layman's for us. I dont know how else to say this other than Rog was absolutely our rock in an incredibly stressful event. At one point, I even panic emailed Roger on a Saturday night (around 8/9pm) not expecting a response until the following business hours and he shot back within 20 minutes to assure my wife and I that we weren't going to end up homeless due to our lease ending. -Roger bulldog'ed every contact to ensure everything was perfect for my wife and I. -When there was uncertainty, he didn't make anything up but instead reached out to get answers. -Roger made us aware of certain things during our walkthrough of our home that we wouldn't have noticed. -A lot of people say they're available at anytime, but few really mean it like Roger Kelly. Rog took me under his wing right away. Despite our purely chance meeting via Zillow, he was immediately invested in guiding me toward my dream condo. He steared me away from commitments that would have ultimately given him a faster, easier, larger commission, and towards a condo that truly fit my needs and desires in every way.
