This was the second time we have used Rodney as our realtor, and this experience was just as good as the first one. Rodney was our agent when we sold our own home three years ago, and when we recently needed to sell my Dad's condo, there was no question that we would call Rodney again. Throughout the whole process, Rodney was always willing to answer any questions we had. He was also very good about staying in contact with us and keeping us informed as things progressed. Selling a home can be a very stressful experience, but I did not feel that way either time, because I knew we could trust Rodney to handle it all for us. For example my wife wanted a house she could entertain in that was move in ready with a large open concept and I wanted direct water access to the Harris Chain of Lakes with room to build a oversized workshop garage. We wanted a 3 bedroom split bedroom floor plan with 2 full baths and a double car garage. We got that plus so much more. We even ended up purchasing a home built in 1979 that was a builders personal home that he totally remodeled with custom cabinets and granite countertops throughout the home. The builder totally gutted the interior of the house to the exterior walls.just over 3 years ago and it’s located on large a double lot with a covered Lani looking to enclosed in ground pool to ease those uncomfortable hot summer days. Again I can’t count the number of times and the number of houses he took us to look at. My wife and I keep saying to ourselves are the real owners of our dream home going to come back and evict us. LOL Again we highly recommend Rodney as your realtor agent

I have been fortunate to have worked with many very good, professional realtors. None could hold a candle to the professional integrity, tenacity, and creativity of Rodney Torrance. In this transaction finding the buyer was the easy part. Rodney used exceptional problem solving skills and in depth real estate knowledge to identify and overcome multiple obstacles and changes in the course of closing. Most importantly, if he did not have an answer, he was quick to consult with other professionals. He managed this transaction in a way that satisfied both me and the buyer. It was truly a "win win".
