Overall it was a great experience. I was hesitant to use Redfin at first. If it wasn’t for the lower fees I may not have taken the chance to use Redfin. I’ve been a fan of the platform since 2016. I have to say the platform is even better than I initially thought. I used it mainly to search for properties and basically keep me up to date on the state of the housing market. After my initial meeting with Roddy, I felt that it was worth trying to list my property with Redfin. I like the the idea of being able to test the initial listing price with a smaller segment of buyers. I was impressed with the platforms ability to report different data points from the time the property was listed - like how many people are viewing the property online, how my property compares to the benchmark etc. It gave me confidence that my property will sell fast.
