This was my first time selling a home and I knew nothing. When we first spoke by phone he sounded very creative, ambitious and ready to get my house sold. I thought he was just selling himself really well but the truth is he was everything he sold himself to be. He made the process so easy! He did everything according to his initial plan and kept me in the loop through the entire process. When I needed vendors to clean the house up he gave me 2-3 options each time, he didn't just select someone at any rate as he was very conscious of my expenses. He was so detailed, patient and responsive. He got the house sold at the price I wanted and it sold in less than 2 months. Roddy and his team were so so great and offered no delays on their end on getting their parts done, returning calls, texts, dealing with 3rd parties, etc. I would use them again in a heart beat and I very much recommend him and his team.
