It was because of his strategy and flawless marketing we were able to sell my condo over asking in a down market. For reference my neighbor had a similar unit on the market for 8 months and it sold for over 5% less. I interviewed their agent and realize now who you choose makes a world of a difference. His team was impeccable, everything from top staging to a team to help prep the property for sale. You're getting tremendous value and decades of experience with hundreds of sales if you hire him. Roddy was virtually always available, always on top of everything, and had the most brilliant, disarming and effective strategies which resulted in successful negotiations throughout the process. He should be involved in the Middle East peace talks! I call him the “Human A.I.”, because his input is always experience- or fact-based (due to his almost encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate market). He’s a magician who can turn any potential “negative” into a legitimate positive, and it’s done in an instant. He’s the real deal: knowledgable, efficient, solution-oriented, honest, hard-working, well-connected, and consistently upholds high ethical standards. He is truly a realtor “super hero.”

Roddy was not only responsive, but three steps ahead throughout the whole process, not only in the transaction but in our search phase. He had excellent guidance in terms of what to look out for and think about, while respecting our point of view and individual circumstances.
