Rocky Hambrick was born in Logan, West Virginia and have lived in Georgia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Florida. He comes from a background of 23 years in pastoral ministry and brings excellent experience in leadership, service, and working with people when assisting his real estate clients. Rocky Hambrick attended Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Minor in Business Administration, Master's Degree in Counseling, and a Florida Real Estate License that gives him a unique insight into how to serve, understand clients, and help them with their real estate needs and dreams. Rocky Hambrick has served in many areas that serve the community such as senior pastor of several churches, police chaplain, hospital chaplain, Rescue Mission chaplain that serves the homeless, and many other areas that make him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. He earns the respect of his clients, by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. He recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives everyday to exceed their expectations. Rocky Hambrick entered the Real Estate world in order to share his good experience in working with people, his leadership abilities, and service to others. He is excellent with meeting new people and helping people accomplish homeownership. He is known to be kind, caring, helpful, trustworthy, outgoing, and someone who knows how to get the job done. Rocky Hambrick has been a real estate agent working with Keller Williams, and is currently working for eXp Realty LLC. He lives in Bradenton, FL and he spends his free time with his family going to the beach, attending church, running, biking, swimming, boating, and enjoying the Florida outdoor living.

Rocky is the best agent

Rocky is the best agent. Every time I asked Rocky to go view a property that I was interested in on the spur of the moment he always said yes and made it happen. He was never too busy to research a property for me and went above and beyond to meet me for the showing the same day! Rocky went above and beyond to help us find our home. He paid great attention to our likes and dislikes and showed us as many options available. He is genuine and looks out for his clients in the whole process.

Rocky did a great job for us

Rocky did a great job for us. It was as if we were his only client. He really went the extra mile to help us get acquanted with the local housing market and all the in's and outs of HOA's, CDD fees, homeowners insurance in Florida etc. Rocky made the stressful process of buying a house a lot more enjoyable!!

Rocky was very knowledgeable of the area. Very patient and helpful. Listened to what we were looking for and tried to find it. Always available when we had questions. Not living in the area he was always ready to help us when we came to the area to look for a home.

Rocky was great to work with! He was proactive, responsive and consistently went out of his way to make himself available for showings and/or questions. He made the house search after moving here from out of state very comfortable. We feel fortunate to have had worked with him in helping us land a great home!
