Roc Byrd

Roc was very professional in his manner and his dress. He was always there to welcome us at each property we viewed. He researched each property before our showings so he was able to answer all of our questions. I appreciated how he opened doors, drawers, and climbed on attic ladders to fully inspect properties. He would point out unique features of each property as well provide insight as to what we, as new owners could potentially do to an area of the property. When we had questions about the pricing he was able to provide comparisons of the areas we viewed without making us feel like we were being pressured to make a decision. If we are ever in the market to sell or buy another house Roc will be our first phone call.

Roc was wonderful in the process of buying our home. His communication and availability was unmatched. Anytime that we had questions or concerns, he either knew the answers or found them out! And when he would show us homes, he would talk objectively about the good and bad, while encouraging us to get to our own decision. He’s a great guy and was awesome to work with!

Roc helped my wife and I buy our first house. We had such a great experience. He walked us through everything. Negotiated us a great price and got the seller to fix several major issues. We liked him so much we used him to buy our second house. We looked for over a year. Roc met with us time and time again until we found the right house. Again got us a great price and got the seller to fix a few things. He is always a professional. Anyone who is looking for a realtor I would send them his way in a heartbeat. 10/10 will use again.
