I had no idea a realtor could this great. First off, Robin is the most responsive person I have ever worked with. She would always respond to calls/texts immediately, and if she was busy. Gave us the exact time she would reach back out. Second, she is incredibly thorough. She saved us about $20,000 by reviewing our appraisal results and finding discrepancies. Robin is also dedicated. She reviewed and recapped 39 offers on our house…in a day…in the car…as she was traveling home from vacation! Robin just gets it. She understands that buying/selling a home is a huge deal. Robin never pressured us and never made us feel like our preferences were unreasonable. Finally , Robin genuinely cares. We had got to our new house before her one day right after our purchase and were standing. As Robin walked up, she was literally wiping tears from her eyes just seeing us looking at our new home.
