She reviewed and recapped 39 offers on our house…in a day…in the car…as she was traveling home from vacation! Robin just gets it. She understands that buying/selling a home is a huge deal. My husband and I attended an open house and knew we wanted to make an offer on this home. I had worked with Robin on a previous home sale but had not contacted her about our plans to move. Robin was great. I sent an inquiry through her website and she responded with a phone call later that evening and that got us started. Once I had the house ready we went from "coming soon" on a Wednesday to on the market that Friday. Things were fast-paced and she kept me up-to-date with anything going on with viewing and contracts, and helped explain what was going on and why things might be happening the way they were; she really helped ease my mind more than once when things seemed overwhelming.
