And at the showings she often caught details that we overlooked, and was always honest in telling us what she thought of the homes, which was hugely important to us. Robin was great. I sent an inquiry through her website and she responded with a phone call later that evening and that got us started. Once I had the house ready we went from "coming soon" on a Wednesday to on the market that Friday. Things were fast-paced and she kept me up-to-date with anything going on with viewing and contracts, and helped explain what was going on and why things might be happening the way they were; she really helped ease my mind more than once when things seemed overwhelming.
