Robin is fantastic! She sold my home in a few days and then had the task of finding me a “new” home in a market where inventory was practically non-existent. I had no idea a realtor could this great. First off, Robin is the most responsive person I have ever worked with. She would always respond to calls/texts immediately, and if she was busy. Gave us the exact time she would reach back out. Second, she is incredibly thorough. She saved us about $20,000 by reviewing our appraisal results and finding discrepancies. Robin is also dedicated. She reviewed and recapped 39 offers on our house…in a day…in the car…as she was traveling home from vacation! Robin just gets it. She understands that buying/selling a home is a huge deal. Robin never pressured us and never made us feel like our preferences were unreasonable. Finally , Robin genuinely cares. We had got to our new house before her one day right after our purchase and were standing. As Robin walked up, she was literally wiping tears from her eyes just seeing us looking at our new home. She learned very quickly what we were looking for and made sure that we never overlooked a listing that could potentially be our dream home, which really showed that she was just as invested in our search as we were. Robin was always very swift to respond to any communication and multiple times was able to help us meet very short offer deadlines, showings, etc. She was able to work with our chaotic work schedules and ensured that we never missed a showing on a house that we were interested in. And at the showings she often caught details that we overlooked, and was always honest in telling us what she thought of the homes, which was hugely important to us. Her knowledge of the landscape and market meant that we always put in very competitive, strong offers. At the same time, she worked with us and never even attempted to push us beyond what we were comfortable with- she found a way to make strong offers with what we could do, every time. When we did get an offer accepted, she was with us every step of the way in communicating with the selling agent and went above in beyond in negotiating on our behalf. Her recommendations for mortgage lenders were superb and we were able to close in three weeks with very little stress added on. I cannot recommend Robin enough, and believe that if you work with her you're giving yourself the best chances to end up somewhere you'll love.
