Selling my mother’s house was a challenge right from the start. Robin rose to the challenge and doggedly pursued its sale from start to finish. The 1920 house was bought my parents bought it in 1960. It was our family home for nearly six decades. We loved the house but it had fallen into disrepair since my father passed about 15 years ago. Robin knew what the house meant to us and was also very aware of the state of disrepair. Robin did her best to put a good face on the presentation and worked her tail off to show the house regularly. It was a very difficult property to move yet Robin succeeded. She was able to get the best price possible. Robin’s work ethic was second to none. Her communication and attention to detail with the volume of paperwork was outstanding. No call went unreturned, most were returned the same day. Robin knew the business and was able to translate the terms and documents for my mother in a way that she could understand. Through the purchasing and selling of three houses of my own, I have worked with three different agents. None of them were as qualified, knowledgeable, and “on my side” as Robin was. Should I ever need a realtor, there is no question it will be Robin. Should anyone I know need an agent, there is no one I would recommend other than Robin.
