I cannot express how easy Robin made our first sale! She is truly amazing! This was the first time we had ever been on the selling end of a real estate deal and Robin walked us though the whole process. This was a rental property so there were a bit more needs on our end because there was a tenant still occupying the property. Robin went above and beyond to coordinate showings and communicate with the renter. It made for a very smooth process for everyone. Robin amazed me when our renter had left the property a bit dusty, on the day we were due to close, Robin vacuumed the house for the new owners!
