Roberta has an incredible background in real estate. Not only does Roberta have a keen eye for aesthetics and home updates - she can also tell how adequately a home has been maintained by a quick look-around. On her first visit (me selling my home) she proactively measured the sq. ft., and offered to inspect the attic, without me asking! She offered plenty of options for updates before selling, while emphasizing the most cost-efficient updates which could be made - which would attract more buyers. For the selling itself, I was happy to hear she was handling/filtering offers before she deferred to me. Sure I as the seller should choose whether to accept, but her communication with buyers' offers was paramount, before submitting necessary information to my attention. This was much appreciated rather than a seller being bombarded with unnecessary information before an offer. My wife and I will be reaching out to Roberta again for buying our first family home, as well as selling our present home.
