Bob Wert is an awesome realtor. We worked with Bob for 10 months. He first came out to my house to tell us the things we need to do to get top dollar for it. After that meeting we got to work through the fall and winter doing repairs and minor updates to get ready for selling. In spring we put our house on the market and within a few days we had multiple offers. He worked with us in picking the best offer and we accepted an offer for well over asking price. There were some hurdles along the way to closing but Bob kept us updated with any changes prior to closing. We finalized the details and closed in time. I highly recommend Bob.
