Yep...time to sell means facing finding a stranger who will enter my most private world multi level. My collection of mail outs received was silly. Who are these folks? The brochure from The Marinaros consistently spoke to somewhere inside this nervous decision. 2 for 1 sealed the deal.Upon 1st meeting it was over. No 2nd interview needed for me. Throughout the dreaded Colorado potholes of such a transaction they were there,patient and warm and highly,very, intellectual I now faced only pride on my very intellectual decision to sign with them. The expected adjustments,sharing private info,financials, they had my back. And my checkbook. Like bumper guards but lovely. As buyers repeatedly and common, pushed to lower their purchase price...NO WAY. There's a very competent Sheriff in this. Do yourself a favor and grant yourself the pleasure of meeting them. Perhaps,like me, you'll end your search there. What a waste of my time and nerves to have worried. They are a phone call,email away. Delightfully professional, warm intellectuals could join your journey. Homed are special. Just like them. Me,I'm a proud intellectual as well. Chose them. Great price, great people. I knew Rob from my old college days. Hadn't stayed in touch, but I was doing a 1031 exchange from selling another property and figured this was a good chance to reconnect. Turned out I was out of town for much of the process, and Rob ended up coordinating with my wife, son, and his fiance. As well as keeping me in the loop on everything.
