HIS EXPERTISE POINTED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR HOUSES THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED AND STEERED ME AWAY FROM HOUSES WITH POTENTIAL PROBLEMS NOT DESCRIBED IN THEIR LISTINGS. I WAS READY TO CLOSE ON ONE PROPERTY WHEN WE DISCOVERED SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH IT. HE WAS ABLE TO BACK US OUT OF THIS WITH NO EXPENSE TO OURSELVES.
