BOB FAITH IS THE REALTOR I WOULD GLADLYN HIRE AGAIN
BOB IS AN EXCEPTION REALOR. HE WAS PATIENT WITH ME DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS.HE WORKED WITH ME WHILE I WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN TOWN. HIS EXPERTISE POINTED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR HOUSES THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED AND STEERED ME AWAY FROM HOUSES WITH POTENTIAL PROBLEMS NOT DESCRIBED IN THEIR LISTINGS. I WAS READY TO CLOSE ON ONE PROPERTY WHEN WE DISCOVERED SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH IT. HE WAS ABLE TO BACK US OUT OF THIS WITH NO EXPENSE TO OURSELVES. I WOULD GLADLY USE HIM AGAIN IF I EVER HAVE NEED OF A REALOR IN THIS AREA AGAIN.
