We worked with America Pace for the purchase of our retirement home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. We lived four hours away, which could have made the process difficult, but America's work made things go smoothly. She was always available, maintained excellent contact with us, and assisted with arranging a remote closing for us. She is enthusiastic and energetic, which go well with her knowledge of the area and made her a pleasure to work with. We give her a 5-star rating because that is as high as the scale goes.
