Great Seller Experience
Rob was a pleasure to work with. I was initially an out-of-state seller so most of the work was done over the phone. He stayed in close communication. Specifically, he kept me abreast of changes in the market. Rob did so many things to help me get my home in ready to sell shape. He gave me the best possible advise in an effort to obtain the best sale price for my home, he literally cleaned, organized, and staged my home. He recommended and ensured that necessary repairs were completed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Ultimately he negotiated the best deal for me. I highly recommend Mr. Evans.
