Rob is a great agent to work with. This is the second time I have worked with him on buying a house and second house I have closed on with Rob. I also plan on listing two properties in the near future with him based on my past experiences with him. He is honest, straight forward, and extremely reliable with communications and expectations. When something came up with the sale he was honest and helped us negotiate the deal for us to make our home a reality. He has deep knowledge of the greater Lansing area and is able to accommodate needs based on economic and geographic limitations and preferences. I cannot recommend Rob enough and will continue to use him as an agent for all of my real estate needs.

During the home buying experience, Rob would promptly reply to texts and emails, even when outside of normal business hours. He was diligent in reaching out to schedule showings and driving to see several in one day, despite locations not always being close in proximity. We appreciated that Rob was realistic with us when sharing opinions, but also willing to listen to our requests. I would definitely recommend Rob as a realtor to use. He made us feel comfortable and worked in tandem to our pace and timeline to help us find a home we truly love!

Rob helped perform a miracle. We bought a house from Hud. He jumped through hoops Nobody thought was capable. He pulled off that miracle, and we were able to sell our old house and buy a Hud home and move in within 3 months. Forever grateful for Rob, thank you.

Rob was my first choice in an agent because I knew him as a friend and trusted him. He never betrayed that trust. He always put what WE needed first before *anything*. I never once felt that we were being taken advantage of. In fact, the thought never crossed my mind. We were never shown properties that didn't meet our needs or pushed into making offers on homes that weren't right for us. When we asked questions he didn't know, he didn't offer glib answers - he forthrightly said "I'm not sure, but I will find out" - and then he made good on that (believe me, we threw some Deusies his way, too!). We had complete trust in Rob from beginning to end, and as a result, we wound up in the best house we could find in our price range. A year later, we are still amazed that we wound up in the home that we did. We still keep an eye on the market, and to this day, we have yet to find a better home for our money. Rob is a big part of the reason we wound up where we did, and we are immensely grateful for his help. Thanks, Rob!
