It’s still hard to believe that this house is gone. The amount of work put in by Robb and Cindy over months of committed work is hard to explain. They coordinated EVERYTHING, they found me a contractor, cleaner, hauler, auctioneer and provided hours of console that made my part virtually nonexistent.

Rob was very helpful in helping get the house ready for the market. He provided feedback on what to fix for a quick sale and helped me find someone to do the work. He helped clean and stage the house even used some of his own items for staging. When we decided to give the floor grout an extra cleaning and to remove some old stained carpet, he was there to lend a hand with both tasks. I don't know of any agents that would provide that type of service. Highly recommend!
