Rob took us through the process step by step using lay language. He kept us advised of all activities. Helped us prepare the house for sale. Assisted with contractors. He even purchased some replacement items (bathroom cabinet, lights, etc.) so we didn't have to find the items. He laid out any problems that came up and then let us decide what to do without placing any pressure on us. I would highly recommend him.

This was a complicated sale. The condo needed extensive work to prepare for the sale. When that was finally done, there were a few legal issues. but perseverance prevailed. Both Rob and the Buyers were patient and it was eventually completed. I have known Rob for over 25 years and he has handled many purchases and sales for me.
