He is very knowledgeable about the market and what potential buyers want. The communication could have been better, I had to reach out to him for status updates. He always responded quickly, which is very much appreciated. He was always very professional in my experience.
We had a difficult circumstance going into the sale of the house. Rob never hesitated to do everything he could to make it go as smooth as possible. He was always will to go above and beyond with anything we needed. He kept in contact with us, even when he was on vacation. He is the most understanding, hard work agent I have ever worked with.
Rob took us through the process step by step using lay language. He kept us advised of all activities. Helped us prepare the house for sale. Assisted with contractors. He even purchased some replacement items (bathroom cabinet, lights, etc.) so we didn't have to find the items. He laid out any problems that came up and then let us decide what to do without placing any pressure on us. I would highly recommend him.
Rob is a professional. He is punctual, has not only an in depth knowledge of the real estate market, but also has an extensive network of associated experts in the field that he utilizes effectively. His marketing instincts are impressive, and the results are very timely sales. Over all: an excellent sales professional.
very informative, and sends many options of potential properties.
Selling your parent's home is an overwhelming and difficult decision to make. Once the decision is made it is even more difficult to actually sell the home. My son had used Rob as his realtor before and suggested that I use him as well. I met Rob and the first thing that struck me was just how friendly he was. He gently guided me through everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions immediately no matter how many times I asked a question. Rob was always professional and used his experience with selling to suggest improvements we could make to the home to gain the most from the sale. Having Rob as my realtor made a really hard time a lot easier. I would highly recommend Rob Smith to anyone looking for a realtor whether you are buying or selling. If you want someone to look out for you and lead you in the right direction, then Rob Smith is the realtor to use.
It took over a year, but Rob helped us find the ideal home for our family. He is the most responsive, knowledgeable, and professional agent that we have ever worked with.
Professional agent who gives his clients 100%. Have used him the past and will again in the future
Rob Smith is a great real estate agent to work with when selling, buying or managing your properties. He has done all three for us and we highly recommend him!
Rob was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about things that need to be done to sell my home. I would highly recommend him.
Rob is a great guy. We've used him a couple of times to buy land and a new house. He's got a great personality which makes a stressful process as fun as possible. Rob is excellent at finding properties that meet our needs and his relationship with the closing agent is great. The closing agent identified a problem with a title and saved us a ton of future hassle. So that alone is worth the 5 star rating! I'd highly recommend Rob to anyone who is looking for a property!
