My wife and I were so happy working with Rob to find our dream home. Rob was able to find a number of homes that fit the description we were looking for. After only one day of showings, we were confident to put an offer in with Rob's guidance, not to mention we were flying out of town the same day. I was in a tough spot. I needed to find a home in my price range in a short amount of time. Rob was responsive, presented many options, and had the patience to do due diligence on anything I asked of him. We revisited several homes, and Rob talked through each one and brought his experience to the table to help me make the best decision possible.

Rob was able to find an ideal property for me and my family at a time when the market was absolutely crazy. Using his contacts and awareness of properties that were not being actively marketed but, nonetheless, were open to entertaining a sale, he found the perfect property when I was almost ready to give up. Moreover, he was able to negotiate a reasonable price, move the conversation and transaction forward in a timely fashion and deal with little challenges that arose along the way. I do not believe that we would have found what will hopefully be a forever home for us without his help.

Rob helped me find an investment property that met all of my criteria and secured a solid deal in a very competitive market. Post sale, a few issues arose with how the seller left the property. Even though the deal was done, Rob jumped in and continued to support the resolution of the issues to ensure I continued to have a good experience. It was a real testament to his commitment to his clients and how he treats people in general. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!

I was looking for a property that I could use as a rental property. I wanted something that would suit a family, would be easy to maintain, and would command decent rents. Rob listened to what I was after, asked a lot of great questions to really hone in on what an ideal property would look like and did a lot of leg work to vet properties to avoid wasting my time. Throughout the process he was also very communicative providing with great insights and pros and cons of each property we were considering. It felt like a true partnership and, in the end, we found a great property that I feel will be a wonderful investment for years to come.
