A Navy veteran and father of two adult kids, Rob brings a grounded, people-first approach to both his work and the community he serves. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and an MBA, and before entering real estate, he spent years in business leadership. Rob is also deeply involved in the St. Petersburg community. He serves as the Executive Director of Winter Pride Saint Pete, where he has helped grow the event into a celebration that attracts thousands of visitors each year. In 2026, Winter Pride introduced the Global Rainbow laser installation across the city, lighting up the sky as a powerful symbol of pride, joy, and inclusion, and gaining worldwide recognition. Known for being approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people he works with, Rob brings energy, authenticity, and a sense of fun to every client relationship. Whether helping someone buy their first home, sell with confidence, or make their next move, Rob Hall is committed to building lasting relationships and helping people feel truly at home in St. Petersburg.
