Professionalism and communication goes with out saying. He was available whenever needed. Several times, because of his wealth of experience, he anticipates the need of his clients. He is with you from beginning to end and if there were an opportunity to help before the process, I know he would have happily provided his assistance. His network of contacts made the whole process smooth. Being a first time home buyer, there were several times that before I even realized I needed to know, Rob was ready and prepared to guide the way. My greatest draw to him, was he sincerely thinks of the client first. His experience gives him wisdom and confidence. So never was a time, that I felt pressured by him. I did not get the sense of self-promotion that younger real estate agents often have. I plan to keep in contact with him and have no qualms to work with him again when the time comes to sell.

Knowledgeable of what is going on in the market

From first contact to closing, Rob was an excellent communicator. He helped guide realistic expectations for the process and the end outcome. The paperwork he provided at the beginning which listed items a homeowner should review to help make the process flow better was invaluable. Rob was always available for questions or to just talk through the process to help ease my anxiety. He was always a step ahead of the process and provided me with the "what could happen" scenarios. The recommendations Rob provided for items that I required help with, i.e. painters, handymen, movers, etc. were always for reputable companies. I utilized most of the recommendations and found them all to be professional and reliable for which I was extremely grateful for as a first-time home seller. I could go on forever about how professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable Rob is. I could not recommend him strongly enough to anyone who would like a positive experience in selling their home.

I was moving to Florida and Rob made it a carefree situation. He handled everything so I didn’t have a single worry or regret “Hey Rob, can you sell my condo?” Bingo! All done and a great price! He’s the best!!

This was my second time working with Rob to find a new home. Though this search was months longer than the first, Rob continued to schedule showings promptly and with flexibility. He communicated with knowledge and professionalism throughout the search and closing. When unforeseen delays occurred with information requests for the lender, Rob went above and beyond to work with the seller's agent and the lender to ensure the closing was not delayed.

We started our journey just as the market took a pause in the uncertainty of the economy this past February. Rob never pressured us to change price or make any changes. When we called, he was always available and provided great advice. We sold the house on our terms and got maximum value. I would highly recommend him for any residential, and even commercial, real estate needs!!
