Ritu Desai

We recently had the pleasure of working with Ritu when looking for our home. As first-time homebuyers, from day one, Ritu was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing, she was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. We were first-time home buyers relocating from California to Virginia. We selected Ritu based on reviews we saw online and we were so lucky to have chosen her. She went above and beyond by introducing us to local handymen, cleaners, doctors, etc. As we are new to Virginia, this was rather very helpful for us. If the time ever comes when we will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question about who our Realtor would be!

Ritu is an excellent realtor and a lifesaver for us when we wanted to buy/sell properties. She’s always available to help, has recs for contractors etc if any work needs done, super responsive and basically has your back in this crazy home market. Could not recommend Ritu Desai more!
