Rita Sipaila

We first listed in late 2014 but due to the market, it did not sell. Rita found us a rental agent and we rented just over two years until the market improved. When we put it back on the market Rita went full tilt to get it sold. We got one offer that Rita said was very iffy but the second offer she got for us was for more than the asking price. Rita handled EVERYTHING and I mean everything as we were in Europe and could not do much in the way of inspections, repairs or even general upkeep. We highly recommend Rita and if we decide sell our second property or buy in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City area again, she is our first choice as an agent.

We began our journey with Rita in the summer of 2019, when things were a bit more normal. Our needs were many, and she worked diligently to send us information on properties that "ticked all the boxes". She endured our never-ending questions, and displayed the patience of a saint. It was her keen eye and awareness of our parameters, that she located this great house. While no house is perfect, this one definitely fit our needs. She helped us with all the little roadblocks along the way, and here we are now! (surrounded by boxes- not sure why she isn't helping us unpack! LOL)

Rita did a great job, spending considerable time and effort in a prolonged search for a new home, that involved multiple special requirements, in a market with a very low inventory at any time. Once a new home was purchased she helped us navigate the purchase process, through multiple inspections, etc. When selling our old home, Rita helped with what upgrades, repairs , etc, need to be done prior to listing and negotiating through through earlier than anticipated and multiple offers. Again, great job.
