On the evening of Jan 17 I saw a house I liked on Realtor.com. Out of curiosity I contacted my long time realtor, Rita Legan to ask about it. On Feb 17, I closed on that same house, and I have not yet set a foot in it. After 6 other transactions with Rita at the helm I trust her that much. I found Rita 16 years ago when I was searching for my very first home. Being a novice home buyer, she had to steer me away from a few that probably would have ended up being disastrous, and I have been so grateful for her wisdom.
