There are truly not enough words to describe how lucky we were to work with Rita on buying our FOREVER home on Folly Island. <br/><br/>Rita is the perfect mixture of patient (Showing us house, after house after house), responsive (she would literally return emails or calls well until the late evening) I have NO idea when she sleeps. <br/><br/>What impressed me the most is her incredible knowledge of Folly Beach. It makes a HUGE difference having someone who has grown up in the area and knows the ins and outs of the island. She steered us away from several situations, saved us time and most importantly knew when to knock us on our heads and say THIS IS THE ONE! <br/><br/>She was so right as we have our dream home 3 streets back from the ocean, and it is more than I could have ever dreamed of. To find an almost new build in a set back desired area of folly with views to kill and room to spare, she is simply the best.<br/><br/>She was also a bulldog negotiating price and even jumped in with our bank when they were dragging their feet. There is simply no way we could have survived the home buying experience without her! <br/><br/>You will be lucky if you get to work with her!!
