Though Rita and I have know each other since she went to school with my children and later attended the same church, I was pleasantly surprised at her knowledge of a world I know little about. She exhibited a very professional attitude as she guided me through the maze of conditions I faced in selling my home. A high level of communications was needed AND provided. She was so kind as she told me things I needed to do. I can still hear her say "Mr Ronnie, you need to.....". She was so concerned about how I might feel as she rightfully told me things like "clean up the house".
