Ms. Lamar was very helpful to me . I had never sold or bought a house before. My deceased husband had always sold and bought our homes (He was a realtor). Ms. Lamar was patient and explained the process of selling a home to me. Her suggestions as to what repairs were needed and which ones were not needed were correct. Her suggestions for the presentation of the house were also very helpful. She was able to price the house at a competitive price and the appraisal was very close to the listing price. The house sold within 24 hours of the listing for a price within $2000 of the appraised value. With Ms. Lamar's attention to details, she assured a smooth and easy closing.
