As a first-time homebuyer, I was apprehensive about the purchase process and worried that my inexperience would lend itself to a stressful and miserable ordeal. From day one, Riki Iverson worked tirelessly to put my concerns to rest. She was kind, patient, and understanding when answering my (often ignorant) questions, and took the time to find out what my criteria for a first home truly was. I particularly appreciated being able to trust Riki to help me decide which houses were not even worth considering; whether it was because the neighborhoods were not the best or because a house would need extensive work performed prior to becoming livable. Each day during the home search process, Riki would send me numerous listings which met the established criteria. Once I decided on a house, Riki and her team worked with the seller to ensure that all issues identified on the home inspection were dealt with prior to closing. When the closing day came around, I was astonished by how smooth and painless the entire home purchase had been. While I don’t have much experience to draw from, I highly doubt that I would have had such an extraordinary experience had I chosen another realtor. I can’t recommend Riki and her team highly enough; she’s a rockstar!!

Where do I start. I met Riki months before I decided to move forward with purchasing a home. I let her know that i was just browsing and not serious at that time. She followed uo with me every so often just to see how things were. On one particular day after I had decided to move forward and not necessarily getting anywhere with my search, Riki happened to call in to check on me. It was at this moment that she said, let me send you some things, you check it out, and we can go see those houses to get an idea of what your looking for. From that moment forward, I was having trouble keeping up with Riki's effieciency, effectiveness, knowledge, and information. Not only did she have an itenerary, but she answered questions promptly, scheduled our time effectively, and made sure we were aware of the goods and not so goods of a property. At the end of the day, we reviewed our day and selected our top 3. She gave the road ahead of what would happen next along with any and all other options based on our choices. She even provided comments on the website where she sent us pics and images of poential homes to go see. I knew exactly what homes to focus on and which ones not to focus on. She was always available bu phone or text and efficient in answering our calls and questions. She was also always to cool, calm, and collected even when she may not agree with a choice i made. If you are really looking for a realtor who cares and is knowledgeable and informative about getting you to the closing table, Riki is your realtor, by far.
