Ricky Schoonover

I can not say enough wonderful things about Ricky. We met by chance, and within probably about a week and a half, he had me out on home tours. He followed my "wishlist" to a T, and the first home we saw ended up being the home that I purchased--though we looked at several others, and he was never once pushy through the process. He was very honest and insightful every step of the way, and he went above and beyond multiple times over for me--right down to picking me up and dropping me off for all of the tours and the closing itself. His negotiation skills were amazing; he helped me get the house I loved quickly and for the price that I wanted it at. Even now that I've officially purchased the house, Ricky remains in close contact--periodically emailing me or texting me with suggestions that I've asked him for (contractors, home security, etc.). Ricky was an absolute joy to work with and I would never hesitate to recommend him to anybody looking for a realtor.

That type of interaction defined our entire experience with Ricky... he was tremendously responsive to all of questions, concerns (i.e. anxiety over buying a home), and requests to view homes. He was even responding over Christmas holiday which was critical... we ended up viewing a home (that we ended up buying) a day before the seller pulled the house off the market.
