This was the third time we’ve had the pleasure to work with Rick, Terry, and their amazing Team. They let you know what you need to do to get your house in order for selling, and work with you every step of the way. We were selling my moms house quickly and had to work fast to get it looking great before putting it on the market. After doing all of their recommendations, we walked away with full asking price. I will be recommending Kevin and the team to anyone who will listen for the rest of time. I relocated to Tampa for work and was on an extremely tight timeline. When we first spoke, Kevin listened intently while I described the features we would need in a home, the area we were looking for, and concerns we had over commute length, finding the right neighborhood etc. Two days later, we flew into Tampa and Kevin spent a full Saturday showing us prospective homes. We woke up the next morning to an email from Kevin saying that he went back through available listings after spending the day with us and he had several more options for us to take a look at. He made the entire process manageable and worry-free. By the end of Monday, we had made an offer and we were off to the races.
