What can we say? Rick contacted us to sell our home. We tried to sell on our own but we were located in Ottawa Ontario Canada. To our surprise we found out that Rick is a former Canadian. Rick literally took over and sold our house at a price we higher than we felt we could get. He did open house and advertised the house relentlessly until he procured a buyer. Basically we sat back while he ran the show and got the house sold and closed. I know he personally cleaned and staged the house as we had renters leave the house in a condition that needed attention. I have nothing but the highest praise for Rick during the entire process of selling my home, from the original listing, to the viewing, to the negotiations, to the selling, and to the final closing.
