When we decided to sell our home in The Villages we thought it would be a very difficult process since we were not living there at the time. Rick not only sold our home in a very short time but he made it a worry-free transaction. He went above and beyond and took care of every detail. What can we say? Rick contacted us to sell our home. We tried to sell on our own but we were located in Ottawa Ontario Canada. To our surprise we found out that Rick is a former Canadian. Rick literally took over and sold our house at a price we higher than we felt we could get. He did open house and advertised the house relentlessly until he procured a buyer. Basically we sat back while he ran the show and got the house sold and closed. I know he personally cleaned and staged the house as we had renters leave the house in a condition that needed attention.
