This past winter I had many health issues, therefore my husband and I decided we would sell our FL home and not be Snowbirds or as I prefer Seasonal people. We called Rick. Rick came over to give us a CMA we listed with him, we asked Rick to do several things for us as we were unable to do the final things to the house such as paint one room a more neutral color, have carpets cleaned, and do a final cleaning. Rick and wife Lynn managed to get everything ready within a week, Rick then held an open house that first weekend and held our home open the following two weeks. The third week we received a full price and our home closed this past week. We felt Rick priced the house to sell and we are happy for the whole worry free experience. Mr. McKean was not the first agent I had contacted, but because of his iniative and efforts he assisted me in finding the exact house I was looking for. I was interested in one house but he pointed out afew aspects about the house that made it a poor choice for me. He suggested alternative homes that better met my desires and he was always looking out for me and not just interested in making a quick sale. After finding the home I truly liked he followed through effectively and efficiently so that I was able to close on the house within 3 weeks at a price that was much lower than advertised.
