Rick is someone with market expertise and a willingness to offer advice and recommendations that really made a difference in my Home selling process!!! He went above and beyond any expectations I had, which made a positive and successful real estate experience for me!!!
From day one we knew that we had made the right choice picking Rick as our realtor. We have worked with other realtors and felt misled or unimportant. Rick listened to our concerns and made sure we had the best chance at selling our property. We will forever suggest Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Rick was such a big help to me as I prepared my Dad's house for sale. I was a couple of hours away and he made it so easy. He walked me through every step. He knew the market and helped prepare the house and price it appropriately. It sold close to full price within 2 weeks of listing.
I’ve never experienced the Quality of Service I received from Rick, the Professionalism that Rick “Always brought with his Jo’s, his Follow-Up, and making Sure Everything I just right, and you are always aware of everything, his wif Lynn is a true asset also. In closing, “I say Rick is a True credit to your Company , and his Profession! Don C. Willard April 3, 2023”! 👍😊
I had purchased a home which Rick was the listing agent. Very pleasant to work with. So, when choosing someone to represent the sale of my prior house here in the Villages, it was a no brainer~. Rick and his wife Lynn are my go to people!!! House sold in 5 days. Very happy with his professional and caring representation~
Rick McKean truly cares about his clients and was absolutely amazing to work with, I would recommend him to everyone. He made the home purchasing process a breeze and had constant communication with us along every step of the way. Our situation was not easy to navigate as, my father was purchasing a house in Florida from New Jersey and thought purchasing a home from over 1,000 miles away would be difficult, but Rick proved us wrong. We contacted Rick before traveling down to Floridia and from the beginning he was very professional, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us and understood our needs. Rick always made himself available, to answer our questions and show us homes. In a matter of a week, my dad found a house, made an offer and signed the sales agreement, while never feeling pressured. Once back to New Jersey Rick was in constant communication with us and walked us through the process right through to closing. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch who is now considered a friend. Highly recommended!
It was a pleasure using Rick as my agent. He demonstrates great communication and is truly dedicated to doing what it takes to get you into a home. He took care of all the details involved in a home purchase and referred me to a great finance company, who he was in constant communication with. Very personable and easy to interact with. Rick is highly recommended
Hello all you homeowners in the Villages and potential Villagers. Rick Mc Lean introduced himself to me with the kindest, most sincere voice with a demeanor to match. He worked constantly during the listing period to update my home and took time to purchase AND INSTALL new doorknobs throughout my home! If the pool needed water 💦, he filled it. Once the painting etc was finished ( Rick got the contractors for ceiling, garage , cleaning etc) Rick began open houses almost daily. He sold it in a sinking market within 3 weeks for cash, no inspection , and a quick close! Wow!! He not only works miracles, he TRULY CARES!! He’d call often to give me updates and was available anytime I needed him to check on something or pick up supplies. Truly a one of a kind REALTOR. If you are selling, I urge you to give Rick and his partner Lynn an opportunity to show you how they can assist you in preparing your home for sale and staging it! Just part of their service! Thank you Rick and Lynn. It was awesome watching you two in action. Y’all are an amazing team. Love, Patty Wilson Village Homeowner for 21 years
Rick was fantastic to work with, he always made himself available when I needed him. I also found him to be really knowledgable of the Village's real estate market.
Rick helped us with a long distance purchase for an investment property in March 2020 just before the world was closed down. Did so much extra work with his wife to get our rental property up to speed to prevent us from getting killed on our investment. He put in tons of his personal time with our property over the 2.5 years we owned it right up until he helped us sell for nice profit. Anytime we had an issue he was there for us or had a contact to fix the problem. Truly went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for us. At the risk of sounding corny, we now consider him a friend!
Rick McKean exceeded my expectations when helping me through the buying process of my home here in The Villages. I was not familiar with the area/community and he was able to answer all my questions with superior knowledge of the Market to ensure I was purchasing the best home for me. He was always in constant communication, and was easy to get ahold of when I had a question or issue I needed help with. He was the consummate Professional at all times, and through this process I came to trust him completely and felt like it really mattered to him that I found the perfect home. He has even been in touch since the sale to check up and make sure everything is going smoothly. What more in an Agent could anyone possibly ask for??
We used Rick McKean to sell our house at 1923 Carrotwood St, The Villages, FL and to buy our existing house at 3445 Allison Place, The Villages, FL. The sale and purchase went very smoothly and Rick was especially helpful during inspections of both properties. I hope we don't have to move again, but if we do I'll be looking up Rick McKean again.
