Once the painting etc was finished ( Rick got the contractors for ceiling, garage , cleaning etc) Rick began open houses almost daily. Rick helped us with a long distance purchase for an investment property in March 2020 just before the world was closed down. Did so much extra work with his wife to get our rental property up to speed to prevent us from getting killed on our investment.
