I called Rick because I saw how he prepared and sold the house across from me. When he came to talk to me he had a booklet for me with all the comps and pictures of them. He prepared a breakdown of all the the expenses involved if I sold at the suggested price. He and his partner conducted many open houses and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. He had some staging done that added to the visual appeal. The house sold very quickly. I would recommend Rick and his partner Tim very highly.
