My experience with Ellis HomeSource is two fold. They managed my property for 14 years, then they placed it on the market for sale. They managed six units (two tri-plexes) from 2010 until February of 2024. Prior to that, I self managed. My only regrets are that I didn't turn it over to them sooner.
