I was referred to Rick Baker with Coldwell Banker from two family members who has used Rick to invest for years. When I called I said that I wanted to sell my own home in Frisco. I had heard of Rick Baker through our community Facebook page and started to chat with him as I had heard that he routinely encouraged homeowners NOT to sell but rather keep the home and enjoy the profits.
