To say Rick Baker has been a blessing to our family is an understatement! We were referred to him through the Dave Ramsey Trusted Local Pros system. We reached out in hopes he could guide us through the decision of selling our home or not while buying a new one. Rick Baker has been VERY helpful for all of my investment properties. I met him years ago when I had a very bad tenant who was always late and always a problem. I decided to let Rick handle that rental and it was a PERFECT outcome. Rick listed the home for lease and one application came in and I did not want to take the tenant and Rick showed me a number of factors that convinced me to accept the tenant. That tenant was one of the best I have ever had. Always paid on time and was very kind and thoughtful . She left years later only because she had bought a home. So I had Rick list the home for lease again and screen the potential tenants and he came up with an even BETTER tenant. That tenant signed a FOUR year lease with rent increases and maintains the home and yards like it is her own property. Rick is always very thoughtful and even if I did not ask him he will sometimes drive by one of my properties and take a picture and text it to me to just so that I know the property is being well cared for by the tenant.
