Rick did exactly what a real estate agent is supposed to do and more!!! We were always in the loop, he asked us what "we wanted to do", and advised us every step of the way. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After some talking he managed to find us the perfect house. It was the perfect distance from our parents and work!
