Let me begin by saying I cannot provide a strong enough endorsement of Rick Gonzalez's performance as our agent throughout what has to have been one of the most difficult transaction's he's ever stewarded to completion. Including the closing of the construction loan and lot loan to see the process of our new home and sale of our old home, these transactions spanned 15 months and saw us experience every conceivable roadblock on the way, Rick literally made magic happen to see it done. Through it all, as emotions ran from joy to ambivalence to out right anger, Rick never waivered. Steadfast through it all, he managed more challenges than my wife and I can count.
