Rick Gonzales is the BEST! We met him by accident at an open house and it was a great relationship from the beginning. He is very personable and likeable, has great communication and follow up. We were from out of state and he stood in for us when necessary. Once we signed the contract, Rick would periodically send us fun and useful little moving gifts. After the closing, we received two house warming gifts from him. His office furnished us with a list of all the utility companies, HOA, etc that we needed to contact before moving in.
