I was in a very precarious situation, without knowledge of real eastate, and no idea who to turn to. Richard was, from day one, the greatest asset I could have possibly found to handle the sale of my home. Richard was very knowledgeable, very persistent, and extremely personable throughout the process, which did not go very long. Richie had to not only find houses for myself but also for my mother-in-law, and we were only here for a week. We were on a time crunch but he managed to get us into as many homes as possible and that wasn’t easy as we both had totally different wants. But Richie managed to find a home for both My mother-in-law and I and I know that wasn’t easy.
